To participate in the Superior Trail 25k/50k endurance run, I accept all rules and conditions and will comply with them. I am physically fit and trained to participate. I am aware that this event may be extremely difficult and hazardous even for a well trained athlete under the most favorable conditions. I assume all risks and waive any claim for injury. In consideration of accepting this entry, I the undersigned intending to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Superior Trail 25k/50k and counties, cities and villages in which the race is contested, and their affiliates, agents, servants, employees, assigns, successors, and their heirs or any other sponsors and their representatives, successor, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event.
